SAP FICO Rollout Busniess Process Expert

We are looking for a new colleague to join our German clients' team in the position of SAP FICO Rollout Business Process Expert and, specialise in manufacturing and servicing custom products.

Location: Budapest, XIII.

Responsibilities:

• Cover all business-related tasks in the SAP S/4 rollout


• Ensure that the SAP FICO rollout workstream (IT & Business) meets deadlines and delivers required deliverables of high quality for each project phase


• Lead the SAP FICO workstream independently, with minimal guidance from the global team, including managing the core team members such as functional BPEs, Key Users and IT personnel


• Take responsibility for financial data migration


• Monitor the progress of the workstream (WS) and provide status reports to the project manager


• Assist in change management efforts to facilitate the proper adoption of the new solution by local key users


• Maintain close collaboration with the Global Process Owner (GPO), other Business Process Experts (BPE), the IT team, SAP project and program organization and local business users in other entities

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics with a strong interest in Information Technology


• 7-10 years of experience in roles related to Financial Accounting and Management Accounting


• Hands-on SAP work experience with demonstrated professional growth and achievement as SAP workstream lead, key-user and business process expert (BPE)


• Demonstrated leadership in at least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP rollouts, with additional experience in international rollouts being advantageous


• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in integrating SAP FICO with SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP Material Management (MM) and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules


• Preferred: Previous work experience in a machinery and equipment company of comparable size, business diversity, scope and complexity a beneficial
