Warehouse & Operations Lead

 

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Operations Lead to our partner, including warehouse and off-site operations. This role reports directly to the Operations Director and oversees a team dedicated to achieving operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring operations teams, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency.


• Implementing LEAN practices to optimize processes and exceed customer expectations.


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address project needs and risks.


• Managing branch P&L, including cost reduction and operational improvements.


• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, including ISO certifications.


• Supporting new facility setups, operational audits, and environmental initiatives.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.


• 5+ years in operational or customer service roles within distribution.


• Proven leadership in a multi-functional, fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in English and Hungarian; strong communication and problem-solving skills.


• Experience with global supply chain and compliance regulations preferred.
