Business Development Manager

Our partner is a rapidly growing organization specializing in supply chain solutions, serving as a premier provider of world-class Supply Chain Services outsourcing. Their offerings include products, technical, and administrative support to cater to the diverse needs of the customers. With a focus on developing and managing production inventory management programs, they deliver tailored solutions that address unique OEM requirements.

Tasks:


Develop and implement commercial and business development strategies for specific clients and segments.
Identify and acquire new clients, recognize opportunities, and execute them.
Design and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
Follow up on proposals, negotiate agreements, and prepare contracts.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and present services.
Conduct market and competitor analysis.
Collaborate closely with international teams and departments.
Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
Represent the company in regional and global organizations, participate in trade exhibitions and fairs.
Contribute to marketing and event organization tasks.

 


Requirements:


5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and technical attitude.
Flexibility and willingness to travel globally.
Bachelor’s degree (MSc is an advantage).
Valid driver’s license (Category B).
