As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a leading role in this exciting journey. You will drive the design and development of scalable software solutions, guide technical decisions, and mentor fellow engineers. Your work will directly contribute to the success of high-impact projects that shape the future of financial technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build robust software systems, following modern development principles.


• Lead technical initiatives and actively participate in architectural planning.


• Foster best practices in software delivery, automation, and quality assurance.


• Work closely with product managers, analysts, and engineering leads to deliver well-functioning solutions.


• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.


• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with global teams to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and alignment.


• Take part in technical discussions, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

What you bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, C#, TypeScript, or Node.js etc.). Experience with other languages is also valued.


• Motivation to learn and master new languages and technologies (e.g Go/Golang),


• Solid experience with AWS and infrastructure automation tools (like Terraform).


• Strong understanding of clean code principles, design patterns, and scalable architecture.


• Familiarity with Docker, containerisation, and orchestration tools.


• Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development.


• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and keeping up with tech innovations.


• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team.
