Company Secretary

Our partner is a global leading expert in financial and business solutions, as well as legal services. Offering a stable background and top-quality training to support an international career path in their Budapest office, they are looking to extend their legal team with a new colleague to work in the following position:

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist the outsourced legal team with a wide range of virtual legal services provided for European companies
  • Handling and keeping company records updated
  • Monitoring internal policies and regulations of companies
  • Liaising with the company directors and CEO-s
  • Actively taking part in online conference meetings
  • Providing written records and detailed documentation of meetings
  • Working closely with senior team members

The company’s requirements:

  • College / University degree in law
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the legal field (preferably at a law firm)
  • An excellent command of English, both in speech and writing
  • Experience in translating legal materials and experience in the field of European corporate law with daily English usage is an advantage
  • A flexible and proactive personality with the eagerness to further develop in the legal field
