Dutch Speaking Service Desk Representative

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide IT technical support in Dutch
- Helping end to end users in their IT tools
- Handle and document all the incoming requests and incidents coming from the customer
- Attending on internal trainings
- Managing error reports and up-following
- Working in error report ticketing tools
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch language knowledge (both written and verbal)
- Advanced English knowledge is a must
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer orientated attitude
- Dynamic, open personality
