French Speaker Senior Financial Accountant - R2R

Main Tasks:
- Communicating issues and keeping in touch, with internal and external stakeholders, building up constructive relationships with offshore teams
- Handling, processing & booking the General Ledger and Sub-ledger transaction
- Responding to vendor queries via phone & email, and handling invoice and vendor related issues in cooperation with internal/external stakeholders.
- Making sure whether a process update is incorporated in SOP properly
- Understanding of end-to-end RTR process cycle
- Supporting the cash application team with information regarding unapplied cash
- Maintaining balance sheet account reconciliations and clearing the vendor and other payables related accounts
- Preparing billing runs and performing month-end activities related to receivables and revenue
- Accurately processing, receiving, and validating requests, validation of requests Vs. organizational policies in proper manner, maintenance of master data
- Perform GL Accounting related calculations
- Performing peer to peer quality check to eliminate processing errors
- Following escalation matrix provided by customer for open items
Requirements:
- Graduate in Finance and Accounting (or equivalent qualification)
- Excellent in French language (Business proficiency is required)
- Having 2-3 years of relevant experience on the field of accounting
- Having working experience on the field of ERP (preferred)
- Being able to use Microsoft Office on an advanced level (Excel and PowerPoint)
