Experienced French Speaking Customer Support Representative
The objective of the Customer Support Representative is to resolve remote user’s IT problems by means of a first-time fix or by dispatching for on-site support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer contacts promptly and professionally
- Provides customer assistance with routine inquiries and problems such as software, hardware and network operations
- Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
- Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status
- May involve use of problem management database and help desk systems
- Provide support to multiple desk
- Attending on internal trainings
Requirements:
- Fluency in French
- Strong knowledge of English language
- User-level IT skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer orientated
- Open personality
