- Experience in IT service environment
You will :
- talk to your colleagues and attend different kind of business-related training courses such as soft-skill and technical-related courses in English
- use your German language knowledge to talk to customers and answer emails while providing comprehensive guidance and information in IT-related issues
- guide them to the resolution of the enquiries and ensure all incoming requests raised by external business customers
- ensure the delivery of service requests
- provide quality information
