KPI Specialist

We just started a new, home-based project in pharmacovigilance!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with global and local procedural documents/local implementation of the client policies, processes, and procedures
- Perform post closure quality and process control on closed cases / perform compliance data evaluation
- Perform internal quality checks / complete performance data check and assessment
- Perform all activities within the required timeframes to ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide feedback on errors found in expeditable and non-expeditable cases to team leaders
- Support the development of the projects
- Establish well-developed customer relationships
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Experience in case handling processes
- University degree in bio-sciences or an appropriate healthcare or pharmaceutical industry background.
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- An understanding of the principles and concepts associated with Patient Safety case-handling process, including regulatory reporting requirements for single case expedited reporting and periodic updates
- Patient Safety policies, processes and procedures knowledge
- User level IT skills
