Pharmacovigilance Team Lead

                               Main Tasks as a Leader:
                               
                                   - Communicating on daily basis and motivating the team, together with performance monitoring and feedback providing
 
                                   - Hosting team meetings on a regular basis and being reachable for one-to-one feedback occasions
 
                                   - Managing the carrier aspirations and development of the associates 
 
                                   - Performing spot-check QA sessions on the assigned Team Members’ output delivered
 
                                   - Meeting Key Performance Indicators, such as Productivity and Quality, as well as other requirements and goals 
 
                                                      
                                                      
                            Duties:
                            
- Prioritizing the workload based on requests from internal and external stakeholders
 
- Continuous cooperation with Project Leader and Delivery Manager to address escalated concerns from the team as required
 
- Maintaining good business relationship with the Customer
 
- Participating in Recruitment Processes of new members of the team
 
- Ensuring the appropriate completion of all incoming task according to internal and external Service Level Agreements and Schedules
 
- Supervising all process improvement/change management initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving implementation of tangible opportunities
 
Requirements: 
- Having 3-4 years of experience in the pharma industry
 
- Obtained University degree in any branch of Life science 
 
- Knowledge of English language (being fluent is required)
 
- Applicable knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
 
- Having experience in People Management
