Polish Speaking Service Desk Analyst
Our client is an IT services, consulting and business solutions provider company. More than 20 years ago they opened the Global Service Centre in Budapest to manage an extremely wide portfolio of services in several fields like finance, financial analysis, accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide information regarding basic IT questions
- Handle and document all the incoming requests and incidents coming from the customer
- Analyse the incoming issues and assign them to the relevant functional teams according to the assignment matrix
- Attending on internal trainings
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish
- Advanced English knowledge is a must
- Accuracy / Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Customer orientated attitude
- Dynamic, open personality
