Swedish Speaker Financial Accountant

Tasks:
- Building up constructive relationships with offshore teams, and communicating issues effectively among internal and external stakeholders
- Following escalation matrix provided by customer for open items
- Being able to follow and understand an end-to-end AP and AR process cycle
- Accurate maintenance of master data, validation of requests and processing, receiving and validating requests
- Other involved activities can be posting transactions into ERP, validation of input received, reconciliations, processing requests and journals
- Handling queries from third party stakeholders or costumers via e-mails or phone
- For the sake of excluding processing errors, performing peer to peer quality check
- Ensuring that updates are incorporated in SOP with appropriate change management
- Identifying process due to continuous improvement opportunities and making recommendations
- Handling daily volume/target of transactions
Requirements :
- Qualification in Finance (or equivalent educational background)
- Basic knowledge regarding Accountancy
- Intermediate level of Swedish language skills
- Being precise and sensitive to details
- Good IT knowledge (MS Office tools, business systems)
