- Handling support tickets from Market Management team and Partners with the highest quality and integrity.
- Sharing and seeking out best practices and knowledge
- Delivering high quality customer service and managing the needs of customers via phone and email
- Identifying work process improvements continuously and communicating to Managers and/ or Team Leaders
- Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures
• Advanced command of spoken and written French and English language
• Excellent telephone manners and definite communication skills.
• Being a critical- thinker and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work in two shifts/ weekends
• Being able to work in both a team environment and independently
