Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative

Are you looking for a position that offers variety daily and will provide the next challenge in your career? We are looking for motivated people for our multinational partner company for the following role: Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative!

MAIN TASKS

• To utilize your technical and customer service skills together with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and correcting IT related technical issues
• Resolving problems by actively using necessary IT knowledge
• Collaborating and teaming up on problem solving and identifying major service solutions
• To providing guidance to the client through the necessary steps in order to restore functionality
• Coordinating Service Requests by follow up with the cross functional teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English language skills
• Native/close to native Spanish language skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Having an analytic mind
• Experience in any customer service- related field (advantage)
