Dutch Speaking Service Desk Analyst

Tasks:


• Answer incoming calls and provide IT technical support in Dutch
• Helping end to end users in their IT tools
• Handle and document all the incoming requests and incidents coming from the customer
• Attending on internal trainings
• Managing error reports and up-following
• Working in error report ticketing tools

Requirements:


• Fluent Dutch language knowledge (both written and verbal)
• Advanced English knowledge is a must
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer orientated attitude
• Dynamic, open personality
