Technical Learning and Development Specialist
What will be your responsibilities?
-Managing the learning and development programs with a focus on technology
-Promoting technology learning programs
-Coordination of talent development activities
-Delivering and facilitating technology and complex module-based training programs
-Keeping abreast with changes and introducing new learning and development methods and methodologies
-Collaborating with all stakeholders to improve the learning and training effectiveness
-Ensuring that the learning requirements are met
-Identifying, evaluating, and managing external vendors
-Collaborating and supporting learning requirements as a Business Partner
-Identifying the skill and knowledge gaps of existing faculty and conducting development programs
This role will suit you if you have the following skills:
-English knowledge on a business level
-Experience in Talent Development in corporate environment
-Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-College or University Degree
-At least basic knowledge of Python
Nice to have:
-Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
-Experience in Python and Java
-Good Proficiency with Front-End Web Development skills
