Senior L2/L3 Application Support Analyst
Our partner is an IT services, consulting and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses for the past 50 years. -At the moment they are expanding and are looking for their new colleague in the following position:
Senior L2/L3 Application Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
• 2nd or 3rd level support for applications, services, and infrastructure
• Incidents, problems and service requests solving
• Project planning with a focus on affordability, effort, feasibility, and possible risks
• SLA management (service concepts, support model, maintenance contracts)
• Resolving technical problems considering time, quality, costs and risks.
Requirements:
• University or College degree
• 6+ years of application support experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ticketing, and working with operational support systems
• Experience with Unix/Linux with Shell/Perl scripting
• Good knowledge of standard network/IT technologies, network protocols
• Residence and stress management
• High level of english
