German-speaking Service Desk Team Leader

Our partner is one of the largest Business centres in Budapest providing IT-IS Service Desk solutions to top international companies. Thanks to the continuous expansion, they are looking for a new leader for their IT Customer Support team in the following position:

German-speaking Service Desk Team Leader

Your main tasks will be:

-to watch over the IT service desk team

-to coordinate operational tasks daily, like magnifying unresolved cases to relevant teams

-to motivate the team to achieve the target KPIs

-to run, analyse and make reports

-to perform technical training and keep the training material up to date

-to register the best practices and to share your knowledge with your colleagues

The key requirements are:

-High school diploma

-Fluency (on a business level) in German and English

-Knowledge gained using the Microsoft Operating System

-Minimum 2 years of practice as an IT Service desk analyst

-Minimum 1 year of experience in people management
