IT Customer Support French language skills
Tasks:
- High-quality IT assistance to French speaking customers (both by e-mail and phone)
- Analysing and finding solutions to IT errors (password change, program installation, data backup, etc.) by remote access, forwarding if necessary
- Manage errors and perform the necessary administration
- Active participation in company training
Expectations:
- Fluent French and intermediate level English language skills both orally and in writing
- Relevant experience in IT customer support
