- High-quality IT assistance to Czech and Slovak speaking customers (both by e-mail and phone)

- Analysing and finding solutions to IT errors (password change, program installation, data backup, etc.) by remote access, forwarding if necessary

- Manage errors and perform the necessary administration

- Active participation in company training

- Ensuring all customer contact with Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets

- Having a proactive approach to service improvement

- Provide quality information

- Delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the first level to the more competent Level 2 teams



- Fluent in both Czech and Slovakian 

- You have upper-intermediate English language skills

- Relevant experience in IT customer support

- Comprehensive IT knowledge

- Customer-oriented attitude

- Analytical approach
