Slovenian Service Desk

We are looking for motivated people for our multinational partner company for the following role: Slovenian Speaking Service Desk Analyst

Main Tasks:

- Answer incoming calls and provide information regarding basic IT questions
- Providing remote support via phone and e-mail
- Handle and document all the incoming requests and incidents coming from the customer
- Analyse the incoming issues and assign them to the relevant functional teams according to the assignment matrix
- Attending internal training

Requirements:

- Advanced Slovenian language skills (business level preferred)
- Obtained high school diploma
- Fluent English language skills (communication level)
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office software
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Having relevant experience as Service Desk/ Customer Service Representative (advantage)
