Thanks to the continuous expansion, we are looking for a new colleague for the following position:
Submission publisher
Tasks:
- Maintaining regulatory documents in document-sharing systems and document-management systems
- Provide publishing support to ensure submission components conform to e-submission standards
- Making certain of overall submission quality
- Data input into global regulatory systems
- Carrying out QC activities on the deliverables
- Collaborate with all publishing contributors and responsible RA professional
- Preparing regulatory dossiers, formatting them and handing them over for publishing
- Formatting detailed data figures and tables, applying document formats using customized Word templates and ensuring adherence to the client's documentation standards
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Life Sciences BA degree
- Excellent English skills (both in speech and writing)
- 6-12months of relevant experience in submissions for EU regions
- User’s knowledge of submission publishing tools
Contract type: full-time, indefinite
Working hours: 40 hours/week, hybrid
