Recruiter Specialist
Your tasks:
- Along paying attention to the in- and external customers you will provide, sourcing quality candidates within the given deadlines
- Arrange and perform face to face interviews after CV screenings
- Manage salary negotiations
- Guarantee correct stakeholder management
- Recognize business requirements and set priorities
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience with end-to-end recruitment
- University or College Degree
- Excellent English language skills (business level)
- MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
