Your responsibilities
- use your Polish language knowledge to talk to customers and answer emails while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues
- ensuring all customer contact with Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets
- ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner
- having a proactive approach to service improvement
- provide quality information
- delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the first level to the more competent Level 2 teams

Required language level:
- Polish – fluent / negotiation level
