Scandinavian Speaker Customer Response Executive

-Act as a first-line support person for clients and potential customers.
-Receive inbound calls and emails, and answer them promptly.
-Report forms from current and potential customers, such as veterinarians, pharmacists, animal owners, etc.
-Register Client personnel concerning medical inquiries, medical complaints, adverse events, product technical complaints, product return/refund, or compensation.
-Makes sure that all queries, questions, and requests are registered in the system following policies and regulations.
-Strong cooperation with other team members.

Are you a good fit? You are if, you
-speak fluently in any of the Scandinavian languages and English on a professional level.
-want to use languages to talk to customers and answer emails while providing comprehensive guidance and information on incoming issues.
-can ensure that all customer contact with precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets.
-can ensure that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner.
-have a proactive approach to service improvement.
-can provide quality information.
-have a Bachelor's in Veterinary Science or any Scientific Discipline is nice to have
