Italian Speaking Operations Analyst
Responsibilities:
-Playing a role in the operational management of programs, which includes coordinating activities across all programs, creating tasks and Internal Orders (IOs), and obtaining completed work scopes.
-Providing support to field sales representatives to enhance processing cycle times, deal velocity, key controls, compliance, and prioritizing field satisfaction for both Strategic and Local Funding.
-Taking an active part within the ops team, overseeing Post IO (Internal Orders) processing, and contributing to the Tools support team.
-Assisting the desk team in effectively managing inquiries and meticulously tracking all stages of funding requests.
-Participating in the initiation and follow-through of onboarding requests, ensuring their successful completion, and addressing any queries related to the supplier onboarding process.
-Handling customer and third-party stakeholder queries through email, chat, and phone.
-Monitoring pending items such as Purchase Order (PO), Proof of Execution (POE), and Invoice approvals, while adhering to the customer's provided escalation hierarchy for unresolved matters.
-Conduct thorough peer-to-peer quality assessments to minimize the occurrence of processing errors.
Necessary skills:
-Good command both in English and Italian
-Financial educational background
-Experience with accounting principles and extended knowledge of MF Office 365 tools
