Now an exciting new opportunity has opened for an experienced candidate for the following position:
Sales Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
-Managing activities related to the creation or modification of contracts, including commercial, public sector and subcontractors' contracts.
-Institute contract validation (pre and post-signature) and facilitate signature and purchase order (PO) verification.
-Coordinate with client stakeholders and resolve resource management issues.
-Transaction Tracking - Monitor and manage the sales and transaction stages.
-Ensures that queues reflect the quantity at the end of the day to the appropriate stakeholders.
-Resolve suspended resource requests with the Resource Manager or Domain Solution Architect.
-Confirm contract setup and monitor contract setup in systems.
-Communicating the status of ongoing transactions through weekly contract status reports.
-Supporting activities by accessing contracts and other documents through the dedicated client device.
-Using templates provided, complete draft contracts, review approvals, review with vendor, and make updates when needed.
-Follow up with requestor to ensure incoming requests are fulfilled.
-Requests prioritisation of urgent contracts from the validation team.
-Handle requests in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for customer-provided applications and makes associated changes in advance.
-Prepare reports and analyses as required by the client and maintain waiting list hygiene.
-Manage project update activities at pre and post-signature stages.
-Support central hiring administration through end-to-end administrative tasks; managing the position control number (PCN) lifecycle management, accepting new requests, assigning PCNs from the pool of numbers provided by Finance, and creating requisitions for the global talent team to start the hiring process.
Requirements:
-Proficient use of Italian and English languages
-Sales Support experience.
-Educational background in Marketing, Ecommerce or Sales
-MS Office 365 tools knowledge on a professional level.
-Previous experience with working multi-stakeholder and result driven environment
