German-speaking Service Desk Team Leader

Thanks to the continuous expansion, we are looking for a new leader for their IT Service Desk team in the following position:


German-speaking Service Desk Team Leader


Your main tasks will be:

  • -To manage the IT service desk team, that performs L1 support

  • -Ticketing system analyses and reports

  • -Follow up on tickets daily and escalate issues to relevant support teams

  • -To coordinate operational tasks daily, like magnifying unresolved cases to relevant teams

  • -To motivate the team to achieve the target KPIs

  • -To run, analyse and make operational reports

  • -To perform technical training and keep the training material up to date

  • -To register the best practices and to share your knowledge with your colleagues


The key requirements are:

  • -Fluency (on a business level) in both German and English

  • -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • -Minimum 2 years of experience on an IT Service desk

  • -At least 2 years of experience in the field of people management
