As one of the leading European sales enterprises in the field of health and beauty products and technologies, our Budapest-based partner is looking for a candidate who will fulfil a wide spectrum of activities supporting its marketing team as well as helping organise company partner events. The ideal candidate has strong experience in marketing & social media communication and content generation. A proactive mindset and creative thinking style is required for this role.

Your responsibilities and tasks are the following:

As the marketing manager of the Budapest site you will work in close cooperation with the German headquarters, coordinate the Hungarian marketing specialist and report to the Country Manager.

  • Create and localise content and design materials for online and offline appearance.

  • The majority of materials are created centrally, however you will need to create local campaigns, highlight specific products, bundles and product sets, such as Christmas package. 52

  • Coordinating with logistics and inventory colleagues relating to demand and forecast planning.

  • In case of new product launches, you will be in charge for creating communication strategy, creation, arranging stage presentations of a new products and inviting strategic partners, such as doctors and dietitians.

  • Keeping websites up to date with fresh content.

  • Responsible for social media platforms, included Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, & TikTok. Creating, and also coordinating business posts, videos and animations. Dubbing & subtitling of new videos, which were made in house.

  • With the help of external event suppliers, organise company events, training workshops or gala dinners for up to 400 attendees.

  • Monitoring of competitors in the local market.

  • Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives supporting foundations and associations.


Your Experience & Skills:

  • Creative mindset, independent thinker and proactive.

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of marketing.

  • BA or MA degree preferably in the field of Marketing.

  • Experience in people management – minimum expectation is to have previously managed a small team of 2-3 people.

  • Knowledge of PPC tools, and video content creation is a must have.

  • Interest in health and beauty products is necessary.

Location: Budapest, XIII. district

Working hours: Full-time with 2 days of HO on a weekly basis. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
