Senior Controller

As the company is constantly growing, they would like to hire their new colleague for the following role:
Senior controller
Main tasks:
- -Assist and support financial reporting, to ensure reports meet the requirements
- -Support and coordinate the monthly closing/budget and forecast
- -Supervising the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- -Coordinate and follow up on the bonus and company car packages
- -Solve ad-hoc finance-related issues and reports
What kind of tasks are waiting for you?
- -Active participation in monthly and annual closing activities.
- -Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc financial reports.
- -Assist budget planning including forecast and cash management.
- -Preparation of forecasts and analysis data.
- -Support financial reporting to ensure reports meet the requirements.
- -Supervising the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
- -Optimization of the company's controlling system, and support of automation.
- -Support other financial and administrative tasks.
- -Maintaining a good relationship with other departments and with the mother company.
Requirements:
- -Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting.
- -Excellent understanding of fundamental accounting standards.
- -Advanced Excel skills.
- -Fluent knowledge of English is a must-have (B2 level).
- -A proactive, agile and ambitious can-do attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- -Excellent communication skills.
- -Hungarian as a native language is a must-have.
It is an advantage but not a must-have:
- -Accounting experience or qualification.
- -Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV, Exact ERP software.
- -Experience at a multinational company.
- -Experience building controlling systems, or ERP system implementation.
