Senior Python Developer
Our partner is one of the world's leading IT services companies, supporting its customers' business, operational and technology models. We are looking for a colleague to be a part of a global financial service project, in cooperation with the Frankfurt-based multinational team in the following role:
Senior Python Developer
Key Qualifications:
- -Proven programming expertise in Python and familiarity with related technologies.
- -Proficiency in Unix and Git.
- -Basic understanding of SQL.
- -Experience working in an Agile team environment.
- -Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and product development.
- -Strong dedication to innovation.
Nice to have:
- -Knowledge of Cloud and/or containerization.
- -Understanding of Angular, and JavaScript/typescript.
- -Familiarity with the Python data stack (pandas, numpy, jupyter, etc.).
- -Experience with testing (pytest or similar) and build platforms (Travis, Jenkins etc.).
Responsibilities:
- -Develop detailed technical specifications, high-level/detailed design, testing strategies, and implementation plans based on business requirements.
- -Establish strong relationships with technology teams and business partners.
- -Engage in end-to-end systems development, covering requirements analysis, coding, testing, UAT, and maintenance.
- -Collaborate with a team of talented software engineers dedicated to building innovative solutions.
