Thy have offices in 8 European countries and own a vehicle park of more than 12500 vehicles. They provide high-added value and focus on innovative solutions tailored to Customers' needs. The Hungarian subsidiary is now searching for a new colleague in the following position:
Financial Manager
Responsibilities:
- -Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- -Assists management in making financial decisions.
- -Prepares financial forecasts.
- -Analyses costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- -Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- -Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
- -Leading the financial team of 10 employees.
- -Investigate means to improve profitability.
- -Reviews and processes payments of the company.
- -Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- -Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
- -Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- -Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Requirements:
- -Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
- -Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- -A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- -Proficient user of finance software.
- -Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- -Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- -Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- -BS/MA degree in economics, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- -High level of English language knowledge.
Nice to have:
- -Experience in finances related to fleet management.
- -Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV, and Exact ERP software.
- -Experience at a multinational company.
- -Experience in ERP system implementation.
