Senior L2/L3 Infrastructure Support Analyst (Linux, Unix)
As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing L2/L3 support in Unix/Linux environments, handling incident management, change management, problem management, and service requests. If you have experience in telecommunications/OSS domain, strong communication skills, and a knack for troubleshooting intricate Linux and database issues, we want to hear from you!
Key Qualifications:
- -Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems administration
- -Expertise in shell/Bash scripting
- -Advanced SQL skills
- -Familiarity with network protocols
- -Knowledge of certificate/patch management
- -Experience in database administration
- -Hands-on experience with sFTP, FTP, HTTPS protocols
- -Advantageous: Familiarity with Solaris
Responsibilities:
- -Provide L2/L3 system administration support in Unix/Linux environments
- -Communicate effectively with multiple teams
- -Troubleshoot complex Linux and database issues
- -Manage incident, change, problem, and service request tickets
