As a vital member of their payroll processing team, you'll ensure the seamless processing of employee paychecks while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Execute the processing of monthly and weekly payroll, encompassing benefits, sick leave payments, and taxes for all employees, ensuring adherence to pertinent legal regulations.
- -Facilitate the distribution and collection of tax-related and extra holiday forms and documents.
- -Oversee the submission of reports to external authorities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and address any spontaneous inquiries from authorities such as the Tax Office in a timely manner.
- -Utilize computer systems to calculate accurate amounts, incorporating overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
Skills and Experience:
- -Education in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or relevant field.
- -Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- -Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent business fluency.
- -Familiarity with manual payroll calculations and payroll tax regulations, filing, and reporting.
- -In-depth knowledge of the payroll processing cycle from end to end.
