Senior Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our partner’s team. As a key member, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the Scrum team in adhering to Agile principles and practices. Your role will involve coaching team members, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the successful application of Scrum methodologies within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- -6+ years of experience managing Scrum in an Agile framework
- -Experience in SAFe Framework
- -Certification in Scrum Management from recognized external authorities
- -Proven experience in Scrum management and leading Agile teams
- -Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile management tools
- -University degree
Responsibilities:
- -Coach and lead the Scrum team in maintaining Agile practices and principles
- -Enhance the effectiveness of Scrum implementation across the organization
- -Serve as a Scrum Master in projects following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- -Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings
- -Identify areas of strength and improvement to enhance team performance
