German Speaking Financial Accountant
Your tasks:
- -Ensure regulatory and internal control compliance through Balance Sheet account reconciliation
- -Maintain ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and conduct account reconciliations following Accounting Policy
- -Analyze financial statements and monthly reports, focusing on margin trends
- -Support audits by providing necessary records and documentation
- -Improve accounting processes by implementing best practices
- -Handle complex problems independently, seeking guidance as needed
- -Manage daily transactions and address customer/third-party queries
- -Deliver quality results by adhering to standard operating procedures
- -Promptly communicate issues with internal and external stakeholders
- -Propose process improvements for enhanced efficiency
- -Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries effectively
- -Foster team communication and engagement across team members
- -Engage in weekly calls to maintain strong business relationships
Requirements:
- -Business fluency in German
- -Upper-intermediate English knowledge
- -Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- -Financial (or related) educational background
- -1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
