Junior Logistic Specialist
Your tasks will be:
- -Coordinating software programs and systems for dispatch and field trips.
- -Developing optimal transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Examining freight attributes like weight, dimensions, origin, destination, delivery requirements, and time constraints.
- -Arranging transportation services through logistics providers.
- -Maintaining accurate records and updating transportation management systems, including OTM, SAP, and MTA.
- -Collaborating with different logistics departments to streamline operations.
Requirements:
- -1+ years experience in Logistics, Operations or Processing.
- -Business fluency in English.
- -Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- -Clear and effective communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, or suppliers.
- -Being able to convey information accurately and listen actively is essential.
- -Able to think critically and come up with solutions under pressure.
- -Attention to detail.
- -Being responsive, helpful, and proactive.
