Polish Speaking Junior Financial Analyst
Your tasks will be:
- -Analyze financial data to evaluate company performance.
- -Conduct ratio, trend, and variance analysis.
- -Use financial modelling for forecasting and risk assessment.
- -Research industry trends and competitor performance.
- -Evaluate investment opportunities and monitor market dynamics.
- -Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- -Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- -Prepare accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
- -Support ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects.
- -Communicate financial insights effectively and collaborate with teams.
Requirements:
- -Finance-related education background
- -1-2 years of experience in Finance
- -Business fluency in both Polish and English
- -User experience in Microsoft 365 tools
- -Excellent analytical skills
- -Detail- and result-oriented mindset
