Italian Speaking Service Desk Agent
Your responsibilities:
- - Use your Italian language knowledge to talk to customers via email, chat and telephone while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues
- -Ensuring all customer contact with the Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets
- -Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner
- -Having a proactive approach to service improvement
- -Provide quality information
- -Delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the first level to the more competent Level 2 teams
Ideal candidate:
- -Confident communication in Italian
- -Upper-intermediate English language skills
- -Minimum 3 months of experience in a Service Desk Agent role OR Customer Support role (not receptionist or hospitality sector)
- -Excellent soft skills and a customer-focused mindset
- -Being interested in IT and technical gadgets and simply enjoying surfing the Internet
- -Looking for an international working environment
