Solution Sales Leader

Our partner is a rapidly growing organization specializing in supply chain solutions, serving as a premier provider of world-class Supply Chain Services outsourcing. Their offerings include products, technical, and administrative support to cater to the diverse needs of the customers. With a focus on developing and managing production inventory management programs, they deliver tailored solutions that address unique OEM requirements.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Engage in new business development utilizing Solution Selling (VMI, Kanban, Consignment, Supply Chain Solutions) and e-commerce strategies

  • Identify and cultivate new leads, converting them into sales opportunities and driving successful sales outcomes

  • Develop existing Supply Chain Programs in collaboration with Program Managers

  • Monitor the market for innovative SCM solutions/technical advancements and present them to both existing and new partners

  • Participate in trade shows, fairs, B2B meetings, and supplier summits

  • Educate customers about the company's services and solutions to expand the existing portfolio

  • Prepare price offers and complete service proposals for customers

  • Follow up on offers and finalize deals with customers, including agreement on terms and conditions, contract preparation, ITO, and execution

  • Support the implementation of new Supply Chain Programs

  • Key performance measurements include sales growth, new account development, and strategy execution

  • Demonstrates commitment to environmental protection and compliance with occupational health and safety management system rules


 


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management (preferred)

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in supply chain solutions, sales of industrial services, or experience in lean management, production management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian; knowledge of other European languages is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions

  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems

  • Willingness and ability to travel globally

  • Valid driving license (Category B)
