Polish Speaking Service Desk Agent


Your responsibilities:



  • Use your Polish language knowledge to talk to customers via email, chat and telephone while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues

  • Ensuring all customer contact with the Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets



  • Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner

  • Having a proactive approach to service improvement

  • Provide quality information

  • Delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the 1st level to the more competent Level 2 and Level 3 teams


Ideal candidate:



  • Confident communication in Polish

  • 0,5 year of experience in Customer Service or IT helpdesk-related role

  • Upper-intermediate English language skills

  • Excellent soft skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Being interested in IT and technical gadgets and simply enjoying surfing the Internet

  • Looking for an international working environment
