- You will get to know our company, our business model through active participation.
- You will gain insights into different departments in our organization mainly those areas having interface with Sales Management.
- You are a people-driven person focusing on building relationships with our customers, partners, and employees and working towards sales targets.
- You complete the program by learning about sales administration and sales functions.
- You will gain expertise and cultural development during assignments abroad in our international subsidiaries incl. proper onboarding in our headquarters in Germany (at least 3 months).
- You are responsible for managing your own projects in selected areas.
More skills | Your profile:
- A successfully completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
- English skills fluent in both written and spoken, additional languages beneficial.
- You have a communicative and open-minded personality, strong interpersonal skills and enjoy networking and connecting with people.
- You have a clear sales and performance orientation.
- Curiosity, motivation to succeed, commitment to learn and a hands-on mentality are part of your strengths.
- Flexible availability including working at weekends and willingness to travel abroad regularly.
