Your responsibilities:

  • -use your Dutch language knowledge to talk to customers and answer emails while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues

  • -ensuring all customer contact with Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets

  • -ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner

  • -having a proactive approach to service improvement

  • -provide quality information

  • -delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the first level to the more competent Level 2 teams

Required language level:

  • -Dutch – fluent / negotiation level

  • -English – intermediate/conversational level


  • -IT Operation

  • -IT Support, helpdesk

  • -shared service centers

  • -full-time

Experience required:

  • -minimum 3 months in Service Desk Agent role OR Customer Support role (not receptionist or hospitality sector)


  • -Budapest
