Polish Speaking Service Desk Agent


Your responsibilities:



  • -Use your Polish language knowledge to talk to customers via email, chat and telephone while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues

  • -Ensuring all customer contact with the Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets

  • -Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner

  • -Having a proactive approach to service improvement

  • -Provide quality information

  • -Delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the 1st level to the more competent Level 2 and Level 3 teams


Ideal candidate:



  • -Confident communication in Polish

  • -Experience in a Customer Service or IT helpdesk-related role is an advantage

  • -Fluent in English for internal communication

  • -Excellent soft skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • -Being interested in IT and technical gadgets and simply enjoying surfing the Internet

  • -Looking for an international working environment

  • -Able to work in shifts - 10/5 (shifts starting at 8am and 9am, throughout Mon-Fri only)
