About the Role:
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting information from various financial documents such as disclosures, agreements, filings, and reports of both public and private companies. You will use a dedicated client interface designed for this purpose to ensure customers have access to accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Adjust interest rates of floating rate bonds based on provided metrics or through calculation.
- -Obtain legal documentation for identified corporate bonds.
- -Regularly update covered bond pools and maintain the client's report database.
- -Set up corporate bonds and structured notes based on financial disclosures, ensuring data accuracy and time-to-market efficiency.
- -Maintain the customer database.
- -Prioritize tasks according to the provided model, aiming for full coverage of live queues.
- -Utilize provided tools to accurately track performed activities.
- -Perform tasks following standard operating procedures (SOPs) associated with the assigned area of work.
Experience and Skills:
- -Background in finance
- -Fluent in both Hebrew and English
- -Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- -Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for achieving quality and productivity.
