German Speaking Financial Accountant


 


Your Responsibilities:



  • -Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements by reconciling specific Balance Sheet accounts.

  • -Maintain ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and conduct meticulous account reconciliations in alignment with Accounting Policy.

  • -Analyze financial statements and monthly reports, conducting insightful margin trend analysis.

  • -Support audits by providing comprehensive supporting records and documentation.

  • -Drive process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and effectiveness.

  • -Independently tackle complex challenges, seeking guidance when necessary.

  • -Handle daily transactions promptly and address customer/Third Party queries with professionalism.

  • -Uphold stringent adherence to standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • -Communicate issues promptly with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • -Identify opportunities for process optimization and make valuable recommendations.

  • -Collaborate closely with stakeholders to resolve queries and foster strong relationships.

  • -Cultivate a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team and across the company.

  • -Attend weekly calls and contribute to building enduring business relationships.


 


Your Qualifications:



  • -You possess 1-2 years of relevant RTR (accounting) experience.

  • -A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance and Accounting is required.

  • -Fluent proficiency in both German and English languages is essential.

  • -Previous hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory.

  • -Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
