About the Role:
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting information from various financial documents such as disclosures, agreements, filings, and reports of both public and private companies. You will use a dedicated client interface designed for this purpose to ensure customers have access to accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adjust interest rates of floating rate bonds based on provided metrics or through calculation.
- Obtain legal documentation for identified corporate bonds.
- Regularly update covered bond pools and maintain the client's report database.
- Set up corporate bonds and structured notes based on financial disclosures, ensuring data accuracy and time-to-market efficiency.
- Maintain the customer database.
- Prioritize tasks according to the provided model, aiming for full coverage of live queues.
- Utilize the provided tools to track performed activities accurately.
- Perform tasks following standard operating procedures (SOPs) associated with the assigned area of work.
Experience and Skills:
- Background in finance
- Fluent in both German and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for achieving quality and productivity.
