Italian Speaking Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant at our partner company, you’ll handle both purchasing and accounting tasks. Your job will involve managing purchase orders, dealing with vendor accounts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the financial operations. Here’s what you’ll be doing as an:


Italian Speaking Financial Accountant


Daily activities will be:


Purchasing Duties:



  • -Create and manage purchase orders for various needs.

  • -Update purchase orders and ensure they’re properly closed.

  • -Confirm orders and handle requests related to vendor information.

  • -Manage requests in the system and keep vendor master data up to date.

  • -Address questions from vendors and keep communication efficient with them.


Accounting Duties:



  • -Understand the full cycle of financial processes.

  • -Process and validate requests accurately and on time, keeping data up-to-date.

  • -Perform reconciliations, manage transactions, and handle journals.

  • -Resolve customer and third-party queries, follow up on pending issues, and stick to the escalation process.

  • -Conduct statement reconciliations and quality checks to reduce errors.

  • -Meet specific customer contract requirements.


 


Skills and Experience Needed:



  • -Degree in finance or accounting OR experience in accounts payable or procurement is a plus, but not required.

  • -Fluency in Italian and English is essential for Vendor and internal communication.

  • -Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.

  • -Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • -Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.
