Spanish Speaking Financial Accountant
As a Financial Accountant, focusing on Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting you will be a member of our dedicated team and help us achieve excellence with these key tasks:
- -Reconcile specific Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring they meet regulatory and internal standards.
- -Prepare journal entries, manage ledger accounts, and perform account reconciliations according to our Accounting Policy and best practices to enhance accounting processes.
- -Analyze financial statements and monthly reports, and perform margin trend analysis.
- -Assist with audits by providing necessary records and documentation.
- -Manage daily transactions and address queries from customers or third parties.
- -Follow standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- -Communicate issues promptly with both internal and external stakeholders, solve complex problems individually and ask for help when needed.
- -Identify and suggest ways to improve processes.
- -Work with stakeholders to resolve upcoming issues and build strong business relationships externally and internally as well.
Your Qualifications:
- -You possess 1-2 years of relevant RTR (accounting) experience.
- -A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance and Accounting is required.
- -Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is essential.
- -Previous hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory.
- -Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
